How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost for books only is a flat rate fee of $5.00 on orders $39.99 and under. Free Shipping on book orders of $40.00 and over.

Puzzles, games, toys, etc. that are not considered books cannot be shipped via USPS Media Mail. Therefore shipping prices will vary per item. These items will be shipped via USPS First-Class Mail. These items do not count toward the $40.00 and over Free Shipping Offer.

How long does my order take to ship?

Orders are processed, packaged and shipped within 3-5 business days after I receive the order. Orders are shipped via USPS Media Mail. It typically takes 2-8 days for delivery once dropped off at USPS.

During the holiday season, shipping times may be delayed. Please be patient and plan accordingly.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time, we are only able to ship within the United States.

What is your return policy?

If a book or item does not meet your expectations, you have 2 weeks or 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items sent back without requesting a return will not be refunded. Please contact me at yourheartwarmingbookshelf@gmail.com or send a DM on Instagram with questions or to request a return.

To receive a refund your book or item must be returned in the same condition that you received it. Package a return book or item in the plastic sleeve and box or envelope you received them in.

PLEASE NOTE: You will only receive a refund for the cost of the book or item, not the original shipping cost because that service has already taken place. We will not cover return shipping costs, but we do recommend using USPS Media Mail as it is the most cost effective option.

There is an issue with my order. What should I do?

If your item was damaged during shipping or you received the wrong item, please let us know immediately so that we can resolve the issue.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive the returned item, I will notify you whether a refund is approved or not based on the stated return policy requirements. If a refund is approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method. It may take a few days for the refund to post based on the bank or credit card company processing times.
